This course is designed for participants new to the retirement field, HR generalists looking to develop more in depth knowledge of retirement plans, and college students interested in the field of employee benefits and/or Human Resources. The Retirement Plan Bootcamp is a half-day event featuring lecture style learning. Participants will learn about the various retirement plan designs, why employers offer retirement plans, financing and investment strategies, compliance and best practices for retirement plan committees.
