The Ethical World of the Life & Health Insurance Agent

Most people cast unethical people as “all bad” and ethical people as “all good”. But as with anything in life, the shades of grey between black and white are infinite. Where is the ethical line between right and wrong? What do you do when you find yourself rationalizing an action due to deadlines, difficult situations, or other stressors? It is at those times that a “good” person can make a bad choice. Training in ethics can help you recognize these situations.
